Acting Governor Surveys the Stalled Flat Construction

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono used his holiday to survey the flat tower construction in the capital. There are two projects that will be surveyed, namely Rawa Bebek and Marunda.

"I want to see the flat construction along with Mr. Saefullah (City Secretary)," said Sumarsono, at Governor Official House, Jl Taman Surapati No. 7, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Saturday (11/5).

The first location that he surveyed is Rawa Bebek Flat, Cakung, East Jakarta and then continued to Marunda Flat. "Yesterday, the construction had stopped, then I was invited by City Secretary to give an idea why it happens," he stated.

Meanwhile, City Secretary, Saefullah disclosed, there are at least seven locations of the flat stopped. Two of them are stopped totally and the rest five flats are stopped temporarily. "Two projects are blacklisted. We want to survey flat that stopped temporarily, we survey two locations," he told.

On the other hand, Head of Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept, Arifin who also attends said the flat construction that stopped has been proposed in 2017 Draft APBD. Thus it would be continued next year.
